If friends were visiting us for the first time, this is the itinerary we'd happily recommend. We've included the places we return to again and again - relaxed walks, beautiful views, delicious food and a few favourite local spots. We hope you enjoy them as much as we do.

🚶 Drift House → Harbour (25–30 mins)

Start the day with excellent coffee while watching the fishing boats and harbour life wake up.

🚶 Harbour → Nothe Gardens (15 mins )

🌿 Walk through Nothe Gardens

One of the prettiest walks in Weymouth.

Quiet paths.

Sea views.

Beautiful mature trees.

Ideal before the town becomes busier.

If the tide is in and the sun is shining, grab an ice cream before walking up to Nothe Fort. The views back across Weymouth Bay are some of our favourites.

Quieter than the main beach.

Crystal clear water.

Excellent for paddling.

Perfect place to simply slow down.

Finish the day watching the sun disappear over Weymouth Bay.

This is genuinely one of our favourite places in Dorset.
