💙 House Rules

We hope you have a wonderful stay at Drift House. For everyone's comfort and safety, please take a moment to read our House Rules. 

They explain our pet policy, quiet hours, safety information and departure checklist. These simple house rules help us keep the property in excellent condition for all our guests and neighbours. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

🏡 Respect the House

• Please treat Drift House as you would your own home.

• Maximum occupancy: 10 guests plus up to 2 infants

• Please report any accidental damage as soon as possible.

• No smoking or vaping anywhere inside the property.

🤫 Respect Our Neighbours

• Please keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 pm.

• No parties or events.

• Please arrive and depart quietly.

🐶 Dogs

• Up to two well-behaved, house-trained dogs by prior arrangement.

• Dogs must remain downstairs only and are not allowed on beds or upholstered furniture.

• Dogs must not be left unattended.

• Please clean up after your dog.

👶 Families

• Two travel cots and two high chairs are available.

• Travel cots are supplied folded and are not pre-assembled.

🔥 Safety

• No candles or open flames.

• Do not tamper with smoke alarms.

• Do not switch off plug-in emergency lights in kitchen and on second floor landing.

• Follow emergency instructions if needed.

🗑 Before You Leave

• Wash used dishes or load the dishwasher.

• Return keys to the key safe.

• Lock all doors and windows.

• Please follow the check-out instructions.
