Check-in: From 4:00 pm

You'll receive your personal key safe code before arrival.

For your security, the code changes between stays.

If you expect to arrive significantly later than planned, there's no need to let us know - self check-in is available 24 hours after your check-in time.

🚗 Parking

Free on-street parking is available outside the property and on nearby residential roads.

Parking availability may vary during busy periods.

On busy summer, the nearest space may be a short walk away, but parking is generally available in the surrounding residential streets.

Please park considerately and avoid:

• Blocking driveways

• Parking across dropped kerbs

• Obstructing neighbouring properties

💡 Drift House Tip

If parking outside isn't available, there's usually a space within a short walk in surrounding areas.

📍 Finding Your Key Safe

The key safe is mounted on the wall immediately to the left of the front door, beneath the traditional lantern.

Your personal access code will be sent shortly before arrival.

Please keep this code within your booking group only.

🔑 Opening the Key Safe

To collect your keys

Press CLEAR
Enter your access code
Turn the OPEN handle clockwise
Open the key safe
Remove the keys

You'll find:

🔑 Front door key

🔑 Internal porch door key

(one complete set. second set is available on the shell bowl inside the house )

💡 Please lock both the external front door and the internal porch door when leaving the property.

🔒 For security, please don't leave the keys in the key safe during your stay. Keep them with you until check-out.

🔐 Checking Out – Returning the Keys

Before you leave, please return one complete set of keys to the key safe and ensure it is securely locked and leave the second set on the shell bowl inside the house.

Please return the keys exactly as shown.

Place one complete set back inside.
Rest the keys on the lower hinge.
Hang the keyring on the hook.
Allow the keys to lean slightly forwards.
Close the lid gently.
Turn the handle fully anti-clockwise until locked.

✔ Correct Key Position

The lid should close easily.

If it doesn't:

• Reposition the keys.

• Never force the door closed.

This avoids damage to the key safe and ensures the next guest can access the property without difficulty.

❓ Trouble Accessing the Key Safe?

If the code doesn't work:

• Press CLEAR

• Carefully re-enter the code

If the handle turns but the door won't open:

• Return the handle fully to the locked position

• Try again
